Positives: I got the majority of what I purchased very quickly.
Cons: Order visibility and tracking need improvement. Order change messaging is also applicable. Telling me that you returned me $18 for an out-of-stock item is acceptable. However, I ordered three $18 products, and until I received everything else, I was unaware of which item was canceled.
