Wenatchee, Washington, room 131. Excellent customer service, from the initial inquiry about rooms to the polite calls to inquire about the time of our check-in. All employees, especially those in maintenance, housekeeping, and breakfast service, were amiable.
Our mattresses were not comfortable, which is the only issue. Our backs hurt when we woke up. Perhaps all our room needs is new mattresses.
