Heather is a treasure at the Rowlett location! In the more than 40 years that I have seen an eye doctor, she made my experience the greatest I have ever had. She was kind while choosing my frame, and she assisted in getting my lenses adjusted when I ran into issues. She made sure the lab and doctor took good care of me once it was discovered that I couldn’t wear a specific kind of lens. I appreciate Heather’s skill, knowledge, understanding, and kindness.
