THIS COMPANY STINKS NO ONE EVER CAN ANSWER YOU QUESTION THEY ARE NOT INFORMED I ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION !! ANSWER WAS ( I DO NOT KNOW THAT ???) THROUGH ATT WAS GIVEN 60 DAY TO PAY THE BILL ??? NO ONE ANSWERED FOR EVER NOW THERE SEND ROBO TEXES OUT AND WHEN U GET SOME ONE X 5.00 CAUSE I SPEAKING TO A INDIAN PERSON WHO KNOWS NOTHING I AM TALKING ABOUT !! AND THE STUPID PHONEY TYPING IN THE BACK GROUND WHAT THAT ABOUT NO AUTO PAY SO THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU 5 .00 MORE WHAT THAT ABOUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were locked out of our e-mail account for over a week. We called customer service after the first day and were told we had to wait 24 to 48 hours for the technical department to call us back for this issue. After not hearing back from them, WE called back only to get another wait time of 24 to 48 hours tacked on. This happened FOUR times, each time WE had to call back! Finally, on the fourth call, we talked with a viable customer service person, who, within a short period of time, had us reconnected with our e-mail account (160+ e-mails waiting). If this individual could do this, why couldn't the other service reps we spoke to do it, instead of passing the buck?!! Frustrating and maddening to say the least! AT&T is too big and powerful and their customer service seems to be last on their list of priorities. The gentleman who finally 'fixed' our problem should be in a management position training others how to do their jobs!

I am being charged a fee of 10.00$ for your cable service. For a new transmitter due to the age of my old one about 30 yrs old. I have been a customer with wireless cable than direct tv and now with at t. When installed I spoke with a representative for direct tv and made arrangements for that 10.00$ fee to be waived due to length of receiving the service. I just have cable !!! no wifi no telephone and my bill is about 90.00$ a month????????????? I believe that is excessive for only cable service, where other providers that fee would be for extra services I believe I should be credited for those fees since activation of new cable box. When it rains or snows I lose my cable for 1 to 2 days once I called about it
he said for me a women to cut down the trees around my house!!!!! what an answer!!! what if trees are my neighbors. There are options for cable servicers for my area I have stayed a customer to your company due to the length of years I have been with you or the previous companies. Please make the adjustment to my bill for all the 10.00$$$ fees that I did not notices till 12-2019 and call to be told it would be done. Than they shut my cable off this morning for lack of payment when I should have a credit on that acct and on top of all of this to pay a reactivation fee of 30.00$ . Please look into this for me. Thank you
Badge # CM670V Tony was absolutely no help this morning with this issue I spoke with 2 people before I was transferred to Tony and spent a half of a hr on phone to have him say he would be no help to me. Sure hope someone within your company can be a help with this issue that is just not right.
