I like to use the Carico vacuum seal containers that I have. Regretfully, the date dial and handle of one of my bigger containers broke. When I called customer service, Maria was really helpful! She mailed these two replacement parts to me. Regretfully, a few weeks went by and I never got them. When I got in touch with Maria once more, she sent the things my way.
