Generally, I enjoy Checker’s because of their reasonable prices and generally decent food. However, the current offer that consists of chicken strips and fries is something you should certainly stay away from. The two tiny slices of chicken were so hard they could have been used as hockey pucks, and they were overcooked to the point of tastelessness. It was probably around an hour before my fries arrived. No matter how much it costs, avoid this “special”. Remain with their hot dogs and hamburgers. I’m sorry, Checkers, but you failed miserably again.
