First American Home Warranty complaints number & email.
Their service used to be decent, but recently it has become terrible! Their technology system is terribly unusable. Phone calls are repeatedly dropped after 45 minute holds, reaching the resolution department is impossible if you have a problem, they are NOT getting unresolved issues resolved, and they are wanting to replace basically decent appliances with less than equitable appliances, I'm quite certain because that is cheaper than repairing the existing appliance. For example, they wanted to replace my TRANE top of the line with extra filtering systems central airconditioner that needed repair with some off brand that I have never heard of. They also have wanted to replace a $500.00 Kennmore multifunction dishwasher with a GE dishwasher I can get for $150.00 with less functions than what is on the Kenmore. Now, after 2 1/2 months of back and forth, I can't get them to resolve this issue-the phone just keeps 'disconnecting' after being placed on hold for the Claims Resolution dept. And their online service is even worse. They want you to do everything online, but after the initial automated response to your claim, there is never a response about anything else when you message them. Also, they want you to attach documents or photos substantiating your claim, but I have not been able to get any type of documents to attach. All of these problems have been in the last six months and they always blame it on COVID, but these disconnects an non-replies verbally and on-line cannot be explained away so easily. They need to clean up their act or get out of the repair industry.
