FOOD WAS LUKE WARM BUTTER WAS HARD . SAUSAGE WAS BURNT

THIS IS THE WORST I HOP WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO . WE HAVE BEEN TO OTHERS IN SAN DIEGO THAT WERE WONDERFUL. BUT NOT THIS ONE. OUR FOOD WAS LUKE WARM. THE BUTTER WAS HARD AS A BRICK. WE HAD TO ASK FOR SOFTER BUTTER . MY SAUSAGE WAS BURNT. EGG'S WERE COLD. I THINK THE WAITRESS LEFT IT ON THE PICK UP WINDOW TO LONG. ANYWAY FOR OVER $ 30.00 IT WAS JUST AWFUL. AND WE DID NOT WANT TO WAIT ANOTHER 25 MINUTES . SO I THINK THE OWNER NEEDS TO KNOW HOW BAD THE FOOD WAS . NO ONE WANTS TO EAT COLD PANCAKES. EVER. SINCERELY WILLIAM AND CAROL WINN . CAROL WAS GIVEN A CASE # 2473330 . AND WHEN SHE CALLED BACK THAT CASE # WAS NOT UNDER HER NAME CAROL WINN . IT BELONGED TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEY HAD TO LOOK UP OUR COMPLAINT UNDER OUR PHONE # 562-9203330. SO GO'S TO SHOW YOU YOUR COMPANY DOSE NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUEST PERIOD. THIS ALL STARTED BACK IN FEB 2020. AND NOW IT IS ALMOST APRIL AND IT STILL IS NOT SETTLED. YOUR MANAGER SERGY PROMISED HE WOULD MAIL US A VOUCHER TO USE FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH OR DINNER ANYTIME WE WANTED TO COME BACK,. WE DON'T WANT TO WALK IN WITH NOTHING SHOWING THAT WE HAD SPOKEN TO A MANAGER. SO PLEASE SEND US SOMETHING WE CAN SHOW YOUR PERSONAL . THANK YOU MR.& MRS WILIAM& CAROL WINN

vulgar language by patrons

On 1/11/20, Between 4:00 a.m -5:00 a.m. I ate at an I-Hop at 3710 Riverdale Rd, Memphis, TN, #4462. I had to listen to a group of African-Americans (between 20 to 30 years of age) use vulgar and offensive language for at least 30 minutes. I believe a paying patron, like myself, deserves to eat in a pleasant environment where I don't have to listen to this kind of language. I will never eat at this I-Hop again.
