I have been eating the # 13 on wheat, Mike's way approximately 3 times per month for some 2 years. The day time manager, Nick, knows what I order the very minute I walk into the room. About 6 months ago, I started calling in about 15 minutes before my pickup time and Nick knew my order when he recognized my voice. Since all the Corna virus bull shit, you are no longer taking phone in orders, a mandate from Corporate I'm told. I must use the app, a mandate from Corporate I'm told. I don't do apps and web orders, I talk on phone or in person. What has happened to customer service?
Also, we are in Wichita Falls Texas, population 100k. We are open, but I sure can't dine in at your store.
Nick said they have lost a sizable amount of business due to the new app order system. YOU JUST LOST MINE
