Jimmy Choo is offering five-star service this week. Two days later, the sneakers I got from their sale finally came.
Unfortunately, they were too small, so I sent DHL an email to arrange for a free refund, which I got the next day. If Jimmy Choo is able to offer this caliber of service, then any internet merchant can as well, should they so desire.
