Arturo Garcia and Chris Lara are racists towards Blacks. I have been a longtime customer of this location and I'm a Black woman that speaks Spanish. These silly children should not assume that just because you're black you don't speak Spanish. I have heard them say racist things about me while I'm waiting on my order in Spanish, and I have heard and seen them treat a young black employee in a very demeaning way. A couple of days ago I was getting pizza and they were barking orders at her to do different tasks while all of the other Mexicans on duty stand around and talk and laughing. I even heard Arturo threaten have her hours cut and boast about that this was his store and he's the future manager of this location. I heard him tell a Hispanic female employee that he was going to promote another employee and from what I gathered that employee and the black employee started at the same time. It seemed as if he was trying to be ugly toward the black female and employee in her face and this poor kid just ignored him. I even seen him stand next to her and call another female Mexican employee to tell her what he wanted her to do because he refuse to speak to her, and it's sad because he was only standing a couple of feet away from her. I have heard him on different occasions comment about her appear in Spanish and she didn't know they were laughing and talking about her while standing next to them. This is outrageous. Chris Lara is another employee that discriminates against black customers. On numerous occasions he has made me wait longer when I order specialty pizza. I Hispanic will come in after me and order a speciality pizza and he's give them the pizza before me and when I ask about his is very rude. This has happened a several different occasions. He is very very rude when to talking to blacks or even taking their orders and if a Hispanic comes in and order he's very cordial. These two individuals need to be fired. I was in the store on 1/8/20 around 6 or 7 and their behavior was out of control!!! I often wondered why there was no Blacks working at that location or if a Black starts to work there they don't stay long. I have even visited the location during mid day hours on two different days when only Spanish people (older crew) was working and again I witnessed the only black on staff being alienated as no one was talking to her and they only engaged with each other in Spanish. On both occasions, I overheard them talking about the black employees in Spanish right in front of them, but again I'm assuming they didn't know what they were saying about them because I assume she didn't speak Spanish. These individuals should fired and they should have more diversity in that location. This has been going on for a long time and I'm complaining about this because I've tried to get the full name of the employees that acting in a discriminating manner but they would not provide their names. I had to go back on a couple of different occasions in order to get the names of the employees that were acting out of control. Again, these individuals are out of control and the things they say are very bold. Lastly, on 1/8 or 1/9, again I witnessed a young black female be talked about like a dog in her face, they were trying to work her like a slave while of the Hispanic employees were standing around laughing and talking and doing nothing. Things were so bad that while they were goofing off, Arturo had to nerves to threaten to complain about her to management and to have her hours cut if she didn't do what everything he wanted her. I felt bad because the black female didn't say anything. Arturo Garcia and Chris Lara has the worse attitude toward blacks, especially the black female that works at that location. I'm going back to the store and tell the black female to file a discrimination complaint with EEOC against them if they are not fired because everyone that was in there that spoke Spanish heard what they were saying and witnessed how bad she was being treated. I'm going to give her my information as a witness in case she want to file a discrimination law suit. I have been a customer of this location for a very long time and I buy pizza there at least twice a week and almost every sports game day on the weekends.

I am filing this complaint because on two occasions beginning on Friday December 20th and Sunday December 22nd while I was at the Little Ceasar on 3225 Augusta Road in Greenville South Carolina, one of the employees making the pizza in view of the front counter was making pizza with his buttocks exposed from the rear revealing his under garments. I brought this to the attention of the management and told them that this practice was unsanitary and improper. Also, after bringing this to the attention of the employee that was handling the pizza preparation he reached behind and grabbed the back of his pants and pulled them back up from the center of his pants. Also, this employee came to the front after I said I would take a photo of him and turn it in to the management and he through up a gang sign in my face stating "You don't even know what could happen to people like you Old School" initiating a threat to my personal well being. I spoke with the district management "Tony" on the phone in a 30 minute call and he asked me what do I think I could do to bring this to a quick resolution so I told him that I would be willing to just put it all aside for $1,500.00 for the trouble of having to experience this, not once, but twice in under a week. Other management at this location told me that this practice had been going on for quite some time and that other employees would never comply with the policy. After willing to resolve this manner in a small and less harmful way to the character of Little Ceasars on Augusta Road, I received a call from "Tony" congratulating me for bringing all this to his attention and then he told me that he would take care of the issues regarding the Little Ceasars but as for as compensating me for the troubles I went therough, he said, we (Little Ceasar) is not going to give you any money (under the table so to speak) just to keep you quiet. I told him that this was wrong to treat me like it was a nothing issue and you are only concerned about your store location. We don't do that and pay people under the table! So I am going to pursue this issue but I want everyone to know that this restuarant may begin to clean up this practice but they have been putting peoples health at risk through this unsanitary practice and they should be boycotted for what they have done and the way that they are treating me after disclosing this disgusting store practice. Anyone who have patronized this location and experienced any unsanitary visual exposure such as employees working in food prep areas having their rear buttocks exposed should immediately come forth and make a complaint.
