Excellent support for customers! My online order was damaged before shipping, and the transporter returned it to Menards without telling me. When I contacted, a Menards clerk informed me of the return and inquired as to whether I preferred a replacement or a refund. I selected a substitute, and she skillfully packaged and labeled a replacement box, ensuring it arrived undamaged. She called to confirm my address and let me know she had been able to replace everything. She also emailed me fresh tracking information. She was very good!
