Take issue with eBay. Even with expertly captured CCTV footage to refute the seller’s delivery claims, there was still no happiness or reimbursement. eBay shocked us with this, but PayPal complied and got a return for us. Though a little perplexing given that eBay owns PayPal. Anyway, thanks for PayPal.
