I tried to contact Priceline thru Twitter and Messenger but no answer and 2 hour wait on phone call. I have a flight scheduled for July 17 from Argentina to the USA but due to COVID-19, there are no flights. Priceline has a cancellation form. Before doing so I want to read the cancellation policy but the link does not work. Priceline is taking advantage of COVID-19 to rip me off!!

We got our flight to Orlando on priceline which was great. Our major complaint was we got a car from Easirent, Orlando. It was a disaster. It was off sight which was ok, they had a shuttle BUT it took 3 1/2 hours (total of 10 customers we were # 3 to get a car. We landed at 9 am and caught the shuttle at 9:25. Got to our hotel after 1 p.m. They were slow incompetent and tried to charge us 2 x what we already had on our charge card. We double checked with the credit card company when we arrived at our hotel and they marked it as fraud. They also did not run a 24 hour operation, we had a flight back at 6 am which meant we had to drop off the car at 3:30 am. We then had to call Lyft to get transporation back to the Orlando Airport. I really believe your outfit is a good company BUT you need to have a competent car rental company represent you. These folks do not deserve to be associated with you.

Reservations

I have used Priceline for years. No more! Made a reservation for my son when he was on the road. He had no cash and I went through Priceline and booked hotel. They took my credit card but when he got to hotel they said he needed the credit card. They told him they couldn’t take cc from Priceline but if it had been reserved through Expedia they could have. Priceline was not very cooperative when I called and asked them why they even took my card when I made the reservation!

cancelling a hotel reservation

I have tried on numerous occassions unsuccessfully to cancel my hotel reservations. I call customer service, only to get a recording that keeps repeating the same thing, states it will connect me with someone to assist me, then hangs up on me. When I do get a human, I'm told that there is no record of me making reservations via Priceline. However, the hotel confirms otherwise. I've been trying to cancel a week before the 24 hour deadline. I guess Priceline just ripped me off of almost $200. Thanks

Booked Extended Stay on Old Sauk in Middleton WI through Priceline Dec 30 2019. Room had old nasty pizza left in microwave, dirty comb hidden in the sheets, dirty washcloth hanging on shower curtain. Manager (Michael Doty) was a HUGE jerk - wouldn't resolve issue. Priceline would not back me up or issue refund/credit yet I was booked into a room that was clearly not cleaned but made to look like it was. The customer care rep said it was not their problem. So I'm not going to be staying there anymore. Not worth it to save a dollar. And I will follow up with the Health Dept since there was food and hair left.

Airline Tickets

I booked with Priceline and cancelled the reservation within the 24 hour deadline but they have not refunded me. It has been nearly 2 months now. Although they did refund the American Airlines tickets associated with same trip. Come to find out they only cancelled half my trip and not the airline tickets with United Airlines. Have spent about 20 hours on the phone with numerous Agents and they all give different answers. Some even lied and said my refund has been issued and is on it's way to my account
