On June 8, 2020,I rented a deep freezer at the location in the North Miami Beach, FL 33162. I was advised that I would need to pay upfront. I chose to pay for the product in cash upfront for the month with the understanding that I could cancel at any time. I paid a total of $151.55 in cash and the freezer was delivered later that day. On June 11, 2020, I called the center and I asked to have the freezer picked up the following day. I was advised that the route was full and the freezer could not be picked up until Monday, June 15, 2020 at 3PM. I agreed to have the freezer picked up on Monday. The freezer was picked up yesterday. When I called the manager today to inquire about a refund for the remaining weeks that I paid for, I was advised that the system does not allow for that. I would like to receive a refund for the remaining weeks that I paid for as I was not advised that this was not possible. This was never explained to me at the time of purchase.
