Amazing that we have been renewing our annual memberships n shopping for 3 yrs with no one telling us prior. Smell a scam, recommended we upgrade to Sam plus, you smell something.

I have always trusted Sam's and Walmart but after going to Walmart to buy my deodorant and seeing the price had more than doubled I was concerned, after writing an email to the necessary people it was strange how the next time I went in the store the price was back to what it normally was but on the internet it was still more than double and has not changed.
This complaint is about Sam's where the ladies Always Fem is always $11.78 so was pleased for my wife to see it on special this month $2 less. Went to Sam's but the regular price had been jacked up to $13.78 (which it never is), and it showed a discount of $2 making it $11.78, as I do the shopping at Sam's and have done for many years I know most of the prices by heart so please do not say it was a mistake, it is plain and simple fraud. I am disgusted that a company like Walmart, (Sam's), could stoop this low given the current climate of this country.
I will give you a very short time to reply before I send this and a copy of the receipt to the government office which deals with price gouging.
Last week I shopped at Sams Club and was very irritated to see MANY people (some entire families) with no masks on. During this time and at present it is a state mandate to wear masks while in places of business. When I complained to the front end manager, she said they were not allowed to approach people to have them wear masks. According to her, this is a corporate decision. So Sam’s Club doesn't Have to follow safety rules?? Not shopping there until they conform. I have been a good customer for many years. It should be Sam’s Club policy to enforce appropriate mask use throughout the store while people are shopping for the safety of others. I won’t be going back until this happens.
Very disappointed because your store did not honer my current membership this morning, before 10 am, I was told to upgrade to the blue card and pay extra money to get it, you are horrible wrong.
after waiting for 20 min in line with only 1 person at the returns/member card table at 1230pm ( lunch rush ) another gal finally shows up to help. we get to her so i can get a card as a new member, she then prints me out a paper slip like a day pass and tells me that they are out of the green membership cards and have been for 2 weeks!!!!! then tells me the next time I come back to get in line for a new card, that would not bother me but a gal a couple of spaces in front of me had her picture taken and got a card. to top it off on the table I could see a small narrow bin with what looked like member cards in it!!! now I understand the line was long but tough shit the others people can wait in line like I had too. then when i complained online I got an email telling me all I have to do is go to the membership card table to get a membership card??? WTF THEY DIDN'T EVEN READ MY COMPLAINT!!! this is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life and I am over 50!!!! to top it off I was they for a 40" tv that online said they had in stock and guess what none were on the sales floor, tried to find someone but like walmat when you need help you can't find nobody. I know it's because of covid19 I am tired of businesses using that excuse our state is OPEN. I can't believe this is except able and the manager should be kicked in the ass for running a half ass operation like this AM I WRONG OR AM I RIGHT I DON'T THINK I'AM OVER REACTING!!!! thanks for letting me vent off about this it just pisses me off. I am giving 1 star cause you can't do zero
With COVID pandemic, gas pumps should provide hand sanitizer or better yet disinfecting wipes for their gas pumps.
The service was very horrible at this club today, the cashier took my wife card and said in front of all the other customers that she has to shred it because it belongs to my wife even though I had my ID identifying myself. I have never complained in my life but this was overboard. I am a Sam plus business member, spends thousands of dollars at Sam's to be treated less than a human being. The cashier said she doesn't care if I report it because never was going to happen, I was like is this really real, the other customers was in disbelief and coming to my defense, the customer service at sam's is at it lowest, I applied for Costco membership today.
