manager dist. ADRIANA B. need traneer bad costomer service not respect costomer she? ABUSE POWER? I take mango drink taste bad I said manager Adriana please change another soda drink Adriana said NOT have to paid $ 2.50 for another drink because covid19???

I(am 86 yrs old Marine corps. vet VFW Korean war 1953. ) the 2 sales people were new to me as I have gone here 14 years steady customer. I only had a $7.00 order and asked for the usual VA discount I get ( i didn't care if I got it or not but the older vet salesman employee knows I am but he was not there. I showed my VFW card with my picture and also my drivers license marked veteran . The young man who waited on me said " we do not give veteran discounts. I said that I have got them it over the years and I have my cards here but I don;t care if i get it just do not say you do not give them. He said again they do not. That was like calling me a liar . I do worry about thy 70 cent discount .But I do not like being talked to that way as if I am lying and he waved his hand telling me to get out even making a move towards me . I said I will but I am paying for the sandwich first as It have a sick wife with dementia I must pay and get the sandwich . He said no get out. But the young lady went ahead and took my credit card payment without a discount
as I was OK not getting it if only they said we do not know about that and I would have said -
"OK , you can check the policy later" His name when I asked for it was Tristan or something like that. You have always the best of employees . But that one should not stay and mess the good that others do

All during the time subway advertised their so called $5.00 foot long sandwich on TV it was never stated that if you didn't have the internet or access to the internet to order that sandwich online, you did not/DO NOT qualify for the $5.00 sandwich. People are forced to pay much higher prices. Your company blatantly discriminates against people who do not have or can't afford to have the internet? That is discrimination based ON YOUR FAULTY ASSUMPTIONS THAT THE WHOLE WORLD HAS COMPUTERS, cell phones, AND INTERNET SERVICES. If you don't you have that, you have to pay the $10.00 full price for one sandwich? That happened at the Loaf & Jug Gas Station Store on Rt 220 in Casper Wyoming. I could not believe how awfully we were treated because we do not have the internet.
Subway is the worst place to ever eat, especially if you want to be treated fairly.
