Even though Vanessa, this amazing woman, required her boarding cards before we took off, she managed to get us on the airplane. Her supervisor gave it their blessing. For us, she went above and above. Vanessa is an excellent employee, and I just want to make sure everyone knows that. She is deserving of praise. She mended it for us as I was on the verge of tears. The flight home to concur. The pilot was equally as fantastic as the pupils. Without a doubt, I’ll use them again. It was our first experience. I can now operate on everything.
