Excellent bank to conduct business with. The friendly and accommodating staff aims to make any visit to the bank comfortable. They ought to employ more ATMs and locations. Never encountered any issues that were difficult to fix. The website is user-friendly and helpful.

Citi bank does not provide email access to their services. I need to contact them about a dispute. They only have a phone number where they told me I had to use snail mail. Now I still want to appeal their decision to not allow my credit card dispute, but there is no convenient way to contact them about the issue. I need to do things in writing, not over phone. Snail mail is to unreliable and slow.
