ADT complaints number & email.
I cancelled my annual contract by email on Feb 7th 2020. I gave 30 days notice again 30 days prior to contract expiration. I've received the invoices for $73.27 after cancellation. I called ADT everytime I received a invoice. Accomplished nothing. My annual contracts have always been paid in full at the beginning of each year. Due to ADT's incredibly poor service my alarm system was out of order for last 5 -6 months of the contract. I gave 5 months notice on the cancelation. After 3 phone calls and being place on hold for at least 5 minutes each time. The people I talked to couldn't help me so each time they tried to transfer me to someone who could. Each time they disconnected my call. After my most recent cancellation ADT called and offered to reduce my annual cost by 60%! (what a kick in the face). I guess the only conclusion one can draw from that offer is that I was overcharged for 7 years. They also offered to come out and replace all of the equipment with "new and Updated" equipment. Shouldn't that been one of the offers when the system failed. I still have the original email from February 7th 2020 that declared my cancellation. however even google doesn't have an active email address for ADT for billing or equipment failures.
I don't owe ADT 1 red cent to ADT. STOP THE HARRASSMENT!!! BY THE WAY COME TAKE YOU INOPERATIVE WORTHLESS EQUIPMENT OUT OF MY HOME OR I WILL LEGALLY CHARGE YOU STORAGE FEES. RATING 0 STARS.
