I followed the directions after reading them after receiving the replacement door sensor from Frontpoint. After running across a few issues, I spoke with a support adviser by contacting Frontpoint tech support. I was put in touch with a kind and informed advisor rather quickly. The counselor helped me with the process quite patiently. Fortune! The keypad was now announcing items that I wanted to silence, I noted. I called support again after receiving no assistance from the app. My new problem was promptly resolved by the second advisor because I was unable to function without the help of the support team.
