I am so unhappy. Your service is awful. I have tried your online help to no avail ( 4 Times) and can't arrange a service call. Your set up for customer ID does not work either !!! There is no way to talk to a human to explain my issue. I need a service call ASAP!
I can't wait until another service is available in my area so I can cancel. You are impossible to deal with!!!
This probably will go unanswered which I expect from your terrible customer service.

I wish there was a way to get the CEO to pretend he was a customer calling "customer service" to complain about a billing issue. He would find out how incompetent they are, trained to lie, they refuse to give their names so they can't be held accountable. This must be the culture of the company. I'm actively looking for away to get off cable as I can only assume the other few cable providers in NJ are just as bad, no or little competition will do it every time... I know costs go up over time but this is very bad... Early cable was inexpensive & NO commercials now I get hundreds of channels I wouldn't watch on a dare, garbage, foreign, cartoons, phony reality shows, etc. & 25 minutes of commercials every hour..... God forgive me but I hope you have to spend your bonuses on migraine meds..... Lies upon lies yet it's called customer service......
