On July 18, 2018, I went to this location to purchase brake pads. When I indicated that I have a lifetime warranty for them, the cashier told me that I never made a purchase for the items (it wasn't in their computer system). Well, after going back and forth with the young man, I told him that I was going to leave and return with the receipt (of course, I was furious at this point). Before I left the store, another employee, decided to assist me. Well, it didn't take her long to find my record indicating all the purchases I have made at this location. Once he left, she indicated that the first employee could not see this information because he was on the wrong page. My problem with this excuse.....She was standing beside the first employee while he accused me of lying (and never said a word). Why didn't she tell him that he was on the wrong page while we were arguing? This situation could have been resolved before I got angry (that is when she stepped in). In the end, however, I was able to purchase a new set of front brake pads and return the old ones for a refund.
