I called the fraud alert center for bbt because I received a letter in the mail about suspicious activity. From the time the customer representative answered the phone she treated me like a criminal. Calling me a liar and saying I knew about the bad check being deposited she doesn’t need to work in anything dealing with customer service, she is very unprofessional. If it were possible I would give bbt a negative 5 stars because of the treatment I received fro this worker. I wouldn’t bank with bbt if they were the only bank in my state, and I recommend that no one else does either unless they want to be treated like trash when something like this happens to them. I have never been treated so badly by anyone that’s supposed to be there to help the customers when something beyond their control happens. I wish I could remember her name I would add it to my review so she would be exposed for what she is and I won’t say what I think she is on here.
