Sincerely, I’m amazed at how simple and quick it was. I was ready for months of waiting because my laptop’s fan was broken. I called customer support and got no response, but it only took two weeks for the fan to be fixed at no cost to me.
It’s unfortunate that nowadays, excellent customer service surprises us.
