Our bears from The Lord of the Rings, Gandalf and Frodo, arrived from Australia. We’re thrilled with the bears’ quality—they’re really soft, and the audio sounds fantastic. My account was debited twice when I originally bought the bears. The second deduction vanished in a few days when I contacted customer service, who was incredibly cordial, professional, and quick to respond.
