CAT is where I purchased my second pair of boots. There was a problem with this pair’s right foot. Every time I put weight on the heel, there was a popping or clicking sound and sensation from the sole. I gave them an explanation and showed a video of the problem, which everyone within ten feet of me could hear. They gave me my money back, so I went back to them and bought another pair, spending even more than I had originally; the pair I bought was more expensive, and I also got the slippers with the detachable sole, which are both fantastic! I appreciate all of your hard work.
