The most noticeable issues are the uneven siding and wavy drywall around the house. The interior trim has to be sanded, any extra caulk needs to be removed, and some windows need no caulk at all. The shower’s grout is broken or missing. Makes one wonder about the home’s structural integrity: if these flaws are visible to the customer, what else is hidden? If there was any QC, this house shouldn’t have passed it. We haven’t moved in yet, we’re currently painting and fixing the house, and we’re closed. cannot afford to refrain. Hope all goes well with us.
