I’ve had Cox internet service for approximately 8 years, and I recently switched from T-Mobile to Cox for my phone service. Although I have had nothing but exceptional customer service in every connection I have had with them, I have seen that many reviews talk about bad customer service. They troubleshoot problems quickly and are consistently very courteous. They are also accessible around-the-clock. Excellent rates when compared to other local telecom providers in Florida. Since I recently switched, I can’t comment on the phone service at this time, but the internet is fantastic. I don’t usually write reviews unless they’re extremely positive or negative. I hope this is useful to someone.
