I had an excellent encounter with the overnight manager. When I arrived, I had a confirmation number from the third party that had booked my reservation. But the system and I weren’t. I was speaking with her on the phone after calling the accommodation booking company. She had now asked to speak with the person checking me in. I hear this woman informing the manager in charge of overnight shifts what needs to be done or seen on the computer. When I was ready to hang up the phone, Elva **, the manager, showed me a great deal of patience. I am grateful that she checked me in the room.
