Individuals are more inclined to take the time to write negative reviews, but I wanted to take the time to record my great experience today because I had such exceptional customer service. My military institution fills my medicines, and I’ve had several problems with them. I finally phoned Express Scripts out of exasperation. I met with Dwayne F., a supervisor, who listened to my concerns and determined that the problem was caused by the military pharmacy. He followed up with each entity to address the discrepancy he saw between that pharmacy and my PCM. Sincerely speaking, this is the first time I’ve felt like someone genuinely cared about my annoyance and was determined to make sure I got the greatest customer service.
