I’ve made a couple reservations with various Liberty Travel staff members, and I’ve never experienced any issues.They are very kind and assist me in any way I require. The gal who booked my luggage from New York to Germany had a problem with it going missing, so she spent the entire day on the phone with the airline, the airports, and Air Berlin via email from her cell phone even though she wasn’t on work that day. Nevertheless, she was gracious enough to assist us. It depends, I believe, on the employee you hire. My luggage got lost and it wasn’t her fault, but she assisted me and for that reason, I will always book with them. They are my constant source of support.
