I had a terrible experience with Roto Rooter overall. The plumber that was dispatched to my property gave off the impression that he didn’t want to touch anything, and he informed me that there would be a fee for him to locate the leak in my main water line. I thus presented him the entrance door with grace. He happily tells me that if I phone him back, he won’t be coming out because of a problem with his van after I get him out of my house. The attitude of this plumber was appalling.
