Disrespectful maintenance and bad customer service and they keep locking the Bathroom when we are having a Conference everytime and also the Security can’t use the restroom either and i am never recommending this hotel to anybody. This Happen not one time but many times to me and my company people….

Made a reservation then called to cancel my reservation 3 weeks in advance. Sheraton of Seattle had charged me a no show rate. When I never went to Seattle. The proceeded to say I never called when I had a email stated I canceled the reservation. Sheraton likes to fraud peoples counts. Will never stay with them again. So dissatisfied with this company.
