The first day was fantastic. We were having a blast. My granddaughter became ill on the second day, and we were scheduled to return home the next day. When I contacted to ask if I could receive some of my money back, they wouldn’t give it to me. She replied that although I could use the ticket the following day, we had to depart. We might not return there ever.
