We have called with issues at least 2 times a week. We have more issues per week than the calls we make. Remote doesnt work, TV freezes, fast forward doesnt stop. Lose recordings. We have asked several times for a Cox representative to come out rather than 3rd party. Finally yesterday it was scheduled and who shows up 3rd party, he schedules Cox representative and after waiting 4 hours, we call. It was never scheduled. Cox said a manager would call. Still 24 hours later no call. We pay for 5 TV in the house and the bedrooms wighout the DVR work fine. We have had 4 new boxes and remotes. Still TERRIBLE TV SERVICE. We are hoping to hear from management soon
