We stay at the location 161 Carrie Lane Columbus IN 47201 on July 4, 2020. The first room the air didn't work, no microwave & no refrigerator. Went down stairs to get another room which had no TV, no clock, no lamp beside bed, no towels or wash clothes there was one wash clothe but had finger prints on it, no ice machine, was told it had been broken over two months. had no cold water but husband finally turn it on. Next morning no breakfast what so ever. The room was really disgusting. Our granddaughter & daughter couldn't even take a shower cus they said,"the tub was dirty" so I looked & it was. We have stayed at a few EconoLodge & have never had such an awful experence before. We will report this to the EconoLodge Head Quarters. We feel we need our money back. The lady on the night shift that night was very nice & done all she could do.

Double Billing and Fraud

If I could have a rating lower than one I would. I was double billed for the same room after paying cash for the room. I was first given an occupied room and the next was freezing, lower than 50 degrees in the room. The WiFi was terrible and slow and really only worked in the lobby area. When questioned on the double billing the manager lied and now I am having to prove him the liar as their were multiple witnesses. The manager said he was spying on the desk clerk and heard every thing.

Service, and no phone access in room
