I am concerned Hardees is allowing customers to enter, place their orders and wait on their orders at this store without a face covering or mask. Due to COIVD-19 being on the up rise, you would expect this company to show more concern for their employees as well as their customers. This is disgrace!

On 2/14/20 i went to Hardees in union sc with a coupon for 1/3 original thick burger buy one get one free. when i get to window the young girl handed me the bag and i looked inside. it was two paper wrapped sandwiches. i asked the girl that the burger usually comes in boxes. she said this is the special order for 1/3 thick burger? she assured me that it was right without looking. i got home it was a fish sandwich and a 1/4 burger. returned to store talk with manager and shw wouldnt look into the bag. finally after repeated request she saw it was wrong then became defensive. I got a refund and told her that i was going to complain to the corporate office she said fine do it. she knew more at the time than i did. you cant to talk to a person at hardees you have to go threw and answering service. if you do call coporate the mail box is filled. if you leave a complaint you have to have an order number which i left when i got my refund so that didnt go threw. the bad thing is they lied to me starting at the window and talking with manager in the store what else do they lie about? The manager didnt seem to concerned about complaint to corporate because she knew most likely i wouldnt be able to. this is the worst experience at any restaurant that i have eaten at. what concerns me the most is how hard it is to complain about services and the non truth that there employees tell not to be bothered. my opinion at this point is that Hardees really arent concerned about customer service are the employees that wait on you. buyer beware?
