THERE IS NO STARS I WOULD EVEN GIVE HSN FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE NOT ONCE BUT TWO CHRISTMAS SEASONS IN A ROW. LAST YEAR I ORDERED A 800 WATCH AND RECIEVED IT IN JANUARY THIS YEAR THE ORDER HAS SAT WITH UPS SINCE DEC 16 AND NEVER SENT OUT WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE FOR CHRISTMAS. CALLED HSN EVERY DAY ASKING FOR NEW DELIVERY AND THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING SAYING YOU SHOULD HAVE IT . I CALLED UPS THEY INSISTED I CALL HSN . CUSTOMER CARE ISNT SOMETHING THEY KNOW THE FIRST THING ABOUT. LESSON LEARNED DO NOT EXPECT WHAT YOUR TOLD FROM HSN AND DO NOT EXPECT ANY HELP IN WHEN YOU DONT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE IN TIME . THEY COULD CARE LESS. THANK YOU HSN FOR RUINING TWO CHRISTMAS GIFT GIVING FOR ME. YOU CAN BE VERY PROUD OF YOUR MANAGERS AND STAFF FOR CARING LESS !
