My wife purchased a chicken bucket on West Gate, Filinvest Alabang Drive Thru & she forgot to specify the parts which she always do because she was a regular customer there because of convenience. She was given all thigh parts which we only found out later at home because she was the one driving & our son beside him was sleeping! One thigh though was also small & cooked broken. Is there a regular way of serving the chicken you serve that it comes on different parts if ever there will be no request from the customer? Or perhaps because they run out of stocks of other parts and coincidentally the customer on the Drive Thru or Take Out counter doesn't request for a preferred parts & they give it that way without telling them? Is this right way of treating your customer? I want to know your real policy on these please.

I complaining the Jollibee baesa of slow crew don't know how to handle consumer and they don't have any other parts of chicken that I like to have they insist the wing part that I hate

Very slow service like they are located in a very busy area on which people are given an hour online to take their lunch so terrible
