Their head office’s Natasha called and quickly mailed one off.
She acknowledged that this was the first time she had seen paint separating from the hook’s seal, but she was still incredibly courteous, obliging, and professional.

Worst refrigerator ever, worst customer service ever. Have this refrig. since 2019 it’s constantly getting repaired, 3 ice makers, 3 sets of lights, 3 circuit boards plus, now new doors they don’t fit, and Kitchenaid sent the wrong left door. Not sure about the scrathces that I see through the plastic if it’s on the plastic or the door, doors are uneven now because they had to put the old left door back on. Right door doesn’t seal, doesn’t close, constant bell ringing as it won’t stay shut. This is my 2nd of the same piece of junk refrigerator. This one is worse then the 1st. I sat down and cried the other day as Kitchenaid ignores the emails. After 3.5 hours of this bogus repair I threw up. Kitchenaid is stressing me out ! Step up and take this LEMON back. How many times are you going to make waste my life with these repairs and it keeps having problems? Really, sending the wrong doors and the tech had to take apart the entire refrig to get to the drawer light. Here again, wasting my time and I had to take everything out of the refrig and put into coolers. It is so disheartening to know that Kitchenaid that use to be a reputable company, just doesn’t care. Oh, and your AIG warranty people are rude, ruthless people. I was so upset last week when I called and I begged for a Supervisor to get to a resolution, I was crying and the ruthless Supervisor just said well we can’t stop the repair when something has been ordered, and we just keep repairing it. She had no compassion and wouldn’t go to the resolution department which I know exists because I spoke to them once before. How is it that Kitchenaid doens’t own up to their shady products? I think I will invite a bunch of people to come over and see how the doors are uneven, and there’s plastic left on the door with writing, stickers, scrathces, etc. on it, and let’s not forget how the lights on top of refrigerator and freezer don’t work…..oh, and the ice maker not making ice again. Frankly, I am sick up the lack of support and it is making me physically sick. Oh, let’s not forget how Kitchenaid called my house, didn’t leave message. I called the number back when I got home and Kitchenaid claims they never called. REALLY! Quit with the games and have the President of the Company call me.
