I tried twice to get help from Microsoft support with them taking control of my computer. The first gal really messed it up so then my account was locked out and then she informed me she was with Skype and my phone was not supported be Skype???? What, I was on my computer not my phone she had remote control !!!!T hen another named Zeehan talked about his pills for his headaches and he forget what he was doing, slurring his words, asking me questions such as...what is it that you want?? AFTER HE HAD CONTROL OF MY COMPUTER.. But he loves his Grandmother??? 35 minutes on hold to be treated like this!!!!! what a joke and what a rip off
