MoneyGram complaints number & email.
I am Shella Writing from the Gambia. I sent money to Cameroon today mark exactly one week the payment was made unfortunately the taller agent refuse to make payment claiming the receivers name started with the surname instaend of the English name mean while the recieveractually use her ID card and the way the money was sane is the same as on the ID which she has ben using to collect money. Unfortunately she went to another money GRAM in Buea Cameroon and they say they can not pay the money even after the name had been change as requested by the other money gram agent in Douala Cameron they had to go back to Douala. From my understanding going back to Douala is 3 hours journey to an fro and my sister is not comfortable going back there base on the approach of the agent because she is not sure if she will pay or even cause a scenario where the money can be stolen after payment
We need to understand how money gram operate cause from my understanding the money can be received any where in the country where it was sent
To be honest .im sick and tired of even saying the word M- - - YG- - M

I’m here to talk about how how they run there business.As it appears it’s not restricted to one country it’s going on everywhere around the world ,you can see that the same pattern of incompetence unfolding everywhere .so this means ,that the way this company is run comes from up high in the company ladder ,it’s not the representation of those who supply the service ,but the main body of this company .
You have to remember there run by high rollers .They don’t care who they tread on ,they can hire and fire when they please .You have to understand they don’t care ,they can afford not to care ,not all companies run a business like this ,so there’s some hope out there .
The worst aspect of this company is there correspondence, they advertise support but I can tell you they don’t , they can’t explain why things happen , I feel some people are targeted ,why maybe they don’t like colour of your money maybe they just enjoy thinning out there customers..Remember there the 2nd largest company doing money Transfer .
That’s where I am at the moment ...I was refused in using there transfer service and complained ,then blocked via phone the only means of correspondence was email ,haven’t heard anything back from them ..I’ve asked for my personal information to be removed ,now Im about to file a complaint in the way of a breach .
That’s my situation.
Don’t Rely on this company to be client friendly .its never going to happen .

MoneyGram is the worst money transfer company there is on the planet, in particular their agent Bank of South Pacific (BSP) in Honiara, Solomon Islands is one of the worst agents in the world. Let it be known to everyone and travellers to the Solomon Islands, never ever use MoneyGram in that country, it will take 1 week before you collect your money,and it will take 1 week just for a simple correction to be made, and everytime they give you a Reference Number it is always invalid then after 1 week you will get a Reference Number that is working, their customer service is sooooooooo horrible and shits, what a damnest MoneyGram agent and MoneyGram is the worst money transfer company, never ever use them. Go to Western Union instead they are first class with first class customer service!!

Moneygram headquarters confirm IN WRITTEN that funds are available to pick up.
Moneygram Money transfer for $899.99 since
March 15 2019 to May 8 2019... and continues non compliant ....
It seems that nothing can be done to make the GIANT MONEYGRAM release the funds.
Reason: MONEYGRAM SYSTEM FAILURE
Contribution to aggravation # 1:
MONEYGRAM refuses to provide escalation phone numbers, nor emails, nor fax to pursue and follow up a solution process.
The only 1 number or email don't resolve, don't escalate satisfactorily, and don't provide follow-up separate specific points of contact.
Perceived message: "Don't call, don't write to us at Moneygram, you can sue us if you want"

MONEYGRAM sheds responsibility to the clients to follow up and RESOLVE.
MONEYGRAM refuses to INITIATE CONTACT with their agents to find out the impediment and troubleshoot the broken process. The agent also refuses to initiate contact.
The client is the only promotor of three way communications; ignored by moneygram, and its agents.
I can not believe the shit that this company has put me through. Both me and my mum are sick from the amount of stress thats been caused because of moneygram. My mum sent the money to me over a week ago and i have been to hundreds of different stores to get the money but every time there's a problem either with the moneygram system or with the reference code. At first it said the country code was invalid. My mother and I called them again multiple times and they reasured us that i can get the money as there was no problem. I again wasted another 3 days and a lot of money in taxi fares travelling around a very busy brazilian city to get the money but it was still with the same error code. Then the last store i went to told me that the code didnt even exist, this is 30 minutes after speaking to a woman on the phone from moneygram who told me everything was ok. So i called again where i was rudely told that they cant do anything for me nor could they give me an explanation as to why my code now didn't even exist. I have lodged a complaint with the manager in Miami who was on the phone and he told me nothing can be done and he doesnt know when the complaints team will contact me. They also told me my mum could be charged when she asks for a refund!!! I asked what for? The service was not even completed!!! NEVER EVER USE MONEYGRAM ITS THE SHITTEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE
if i dont get a response from this company who wont let me submit an email or their toll free US phone no, I am going to unleash a shitstorm on social media & my contacts list the like of which you will have only seen in your worst nightmares!
