Outback Steakhouse complaints number & email.
First of all, I would’ even give MIKEY one star for our experience yesterday at Outback. My family and I went in for a nice family meal and some cocktails, our waitress Molly, was sweet and took our orders. I went first to get my cocktail and she asked for my ID which i realized i had left at home even though i am 21, she told us that since i was with my mom and dad she may have to approve it with her manager, but i assured her it was ok and i would just have water but she left to ask anyway. She then came back to our table and proceeded to tell me I could not have a drink and then said Mikey, the manager had said since i do not have my ID the rest of my table could not drink. My father, mother and Boyfriend looked at her in confusion since they are all obviously of age with an ID on them. My father asked to speak to the manager to she sent him over and he snarkily sat down beside my dad and proceeded to say that me not having my ID was a red flag and it was his discretion who he wants to serve anyway. At this point, my father was furious with him for banning the whole table a drink just because one person forgot their ID. Mikey then proceeded to get up and leave our table with out offering me a water and everyone else a cocktail so we could finish our night. My family and I took our business to Texas Roadhouse where we received excellent service. We will NOT be returning to Outback because of Mikeys behavior.
