No Star Rating. Horrible experience ranging from Server and Manager incompetence, to wrong orders, to improperly cooked food, to bland/tasteless food. Prime Rib was not Prime Rib but resembled an Ultra Lean Thick Oval Sirloin Steak. It was definitely not the normal tender, soft meat with edges of fat and tail meat. Horrible experience. Okay, yes we got through to Manager and he did comp meal ($242) BUTTTT you can't get the bad taste out of your mouth. Stay away

I placed order online pickup time was 5:58-6:03 I arrived at 6pm right in front of back door. No one waiting for food but me. I see a bag being brought out from back placed on shelf as I was parking 2 employees carry on conversation never come outside. 3 cars pull up employee finally comes over checks on one of the 3 and the rest of us just sit. More bags pile up on shelf they Continue chatting inside and at 6:25 I go inside to hostess stand to see what holdup is and the lady at the front said I don’t know go back there yourself so I go and wait in little room orders are steadily piling up no employee in the area now. I go back to the car an employee comes out and waits on one of the other cars so I roll window down and ask her could she check on my order she looks at me no response and goes inside. I lock car and go inside behind her it is now 6:40 she says she’s all by herself and can’t keep up flustered she finally finds correct bag hands me my bag that has now been sitting since 6:05 food is barely warm at best by the time I got back in car with food it was 6:50. Made it 4 miles home warmed up cold mushy food and made the best of it. Needless to say it was not at all worth the $48 and 50 minute wait. This location needs a lot of training. The restaurant inside wasn’t full by no means and if they have time to stand around and carry on lengthy conversations they surely could provide better service.

SERVICE AND FOOD

We received a gift card for Christmas and dined out at the Elk Grove establishment last night and had the absolute WORST experience ever. We arrived and it was pretty busy, our wait time for a party of 2 adults 1 child was about 40 minutes. We were sat in the back corner booth and upon our arrival the table directly next to us told us they have been waiting over an hour for their food and the service had been terrible, the table directly next to them stated the same thing. We were seated at 6:55pm and in good faith proceeded giving it our own shot since we have only visited Outback maybe twice in the past, we stated off with ordering drinks and appetizers, drinks were prompt to arrive, the brussel sprouts were ordered by our service Tyler using the machine on the table, the mac and cheese bites he had to order in the kitchen since they weren't showing on the table machine. The brussle sprouts arrived out hot and fresh, server told us that the Mac and cheese bites are no longer on their menu so for the future not to order them, when in fact they were literally listed plain as day on their menu which we pointed out, he said "we must have been given an old menu". It was 7:15pm before those mac and cheese balls came out, they were cold and absolutely disgusting, we informed our server we did not want them. My salad that was requested to be brought out first with no onions or cucumbers arrived at almost 7:30pm with onions and cucumbers, i picked them out versus sending it back. The table near us who had a party of 8 and was seated about 20 minutes after us began receiving their meals, while we still had no food, our server at 7:50 came to our table saying he was having our food expedited, it arrived to our table shortly after 8pm and my center cut 11oz sirloin which was supposed to be cooked Medium plus was purple cold and raw, blood juice filled the plate. My husbands food COLD and not as he ordered it, my daughters chicken strips pink and under cooked and fries soggy and filled with grease. NO manager came over not even once, we said we had given them more than enough chances to right this wrong and nothing was done, we asked to speak to a manager and no one ever came, we did not feel right leaving without speaking to someone as the other 2 tables directly next to us did based on the same exact experiences, we wasted our entire $60 of a gift card to cover food that was under cooked and unsafe to serve, service that was horrendous, and no worry or thought or care or apologies. This is beyond unacceptable and I would appreciate being contacted back.

The manager Leanne at the store located at Clairmont Square on Clairemont Mesa Blvd is a bad restaurant manager. I do not plan to eat at that Outback location ever again. Furthermore I might quit eating at any Outback ever again.

Consistently fantastic

Over the years... 15 or more, this store has consistently been a top notch experience. Tonight was no exception.
While other chains struggle mostly because of poor operators, this location kills it! Friendly, clean environment, tasty food that came out hot and ready to enjoy. They are able to maintain a good staff because they must enjoy the “boss” and are making a good living. Please acknowledge the operator as they represent your brand flawlessly and I bet you would love all to run a store like them.

A group of 7 of us went to outback after church.(3 of us had Birthdays) we waited over 30 minutes for a table. Waited over a hour for our food. The waitress spilled tea on table and floor and left it.( my son had to ask her to clean wipe the tea up on the table where he sat.We ordered desert and it was all messed up on what we had.Never had this much trouble at a restaurant.

Didn’t even get acknowledged until 11 minutes after being seated... and the waiter said I’ll be right with you... no apology at all. We had our young son with us so we asked for the food to be put in at the same time as the bloomin onion, they came almost 30 min apart. When the food finally came the 6oz Filet my family member ordered was raw... not rare or medium rare, I like both... it was RAW, even the waiter was shocked, not even 5 min later the table next to us was served an extremely undercooked steak... has a “steakhouse” never heard of a meat thermometer? This is cooking 101, serving and undercooked stake is just laziness. The waiter (being obviously embarrassed) said he would bring an entirely new steak... Nope... they brought the same
One back that was now We’ll done.. when it was originally ordered Medium... it’s a $24 dollar steak... get it right. I don’t usually think a manager should comp a meal... but I think that something weird was going to avoid him finding out... We were back in town, and the one in our new town the manager is great and always ask how our meal was at the end, it’s always perfect and I think that’s why he’s asking because he’s involved... maybe the Roanoke one needs a more involved manager. The Palm Harbor FL location is stellar... can’t wait to get back home and erase this bad visit from my memory

Lack off bread
City where company is located (optional): Pembroke Pines

The one reason I agree to go to Outback is the BREAD and to sit down and order my meal and not have bread is in acceptable. The Lord created dinner after he created the bread. This is unacceptable!! I blame management on the lack of foresight ness on being right about how a business is run better yet a way of eating.
