I usually love going to Panera bread. I enjoy taking my family after church on Sundays. The last several Sundays there has not been any coffee. This Sunday there was not any coffee of any kind. I can understand if this happens rarely, but I can not understand how a coffee shop makes it so often.
I have 30 min on my lunch. I ordered a cup of soup to go and it took over 15 min! I did notice the only orders they were working on were the employees that were just getting off their shifts, so it would be ready when they clocked out! That’s terrible customer service!
If I could leave 0 stars, I would!!! This is the absolute WORST Panera I’ve ever been to! Because this particular location is the closest to me, I come here every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Almost every time, my order is messed up! I never complain, and just hope it will be better next time....NOPE! Today was terrible! My entire order was messed up! From my coffee, to my bagel, to my yogurt!!! I ordered and PAID for a LARGE coffee, I was given a medium. I ordered 3 sugars, I was given 3 sweet and Lows, I ordered butter with my bagel, I was given nothing (not even a knife), after paying for my order, I was told they were out of yogurt! So I was given a fruit cup. I went inside to at least get my coffee corrected, I was treated with such disrespect! This is THE WORST PANERA EVER!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES AROUND THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, YOUR ORDER WILL BE MESSED UP! (Trust me, I know!)
I usually love Panera but I went there last week on Thursday at this is what i got was a French bread ham sandwich and the bread was burnt. Would love to show a picture of it
I placed a mobile order at 2:40 pm in derby Kansas and did not receive my order . Finally at 4:00 pm I called the location and they canceled my order due to not having a driver but they never had the courtesy to call and simply say they didn’t have a driver now I didn’t get my food plus I have to wait 10 business days to get my money that I didn’t even get anything with (39.07 not a cheap place to eat) and manager didn’t apologize or offer any solution.
The store located on Bethel Rd in northwest Columbus has drastically gone downhill !!!!! Went there for lunch today, waited 10 minutes for 2- half salads to be made, then trying to find a place to sit ... WELL THATS A CHALLENGE IF YOU DON'T HAVE A I-PAD , PLAYING CARDS, PLAYING A BOARD GAME, then you came to wrong restaurant !!!! Did I said restaurant or someone office, or home ? This is absurd , Plus you need to clean your own dishes. Where is customer service or for that fact management. Maybe you should try limiting your guest to a time limit when not dining at your restaurant, taking up a 4 top table, having a cup of coffee (free refill). Did I mention NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! ALL PANERA'S ARE FILTHY
It seems the coffee for the last 10 days taste has changed. Actually I got sick twice. I am a regular customers for years. If this continues Panera will start losing customers. I am sorry that place came to that standing.
I love Panera and most of the time am satisfied with the food, service, etc. Last week my husband and I dined at our local Panera - my husband ordered a tuna salad sandwich. The cost of the sandwich was 7.99 and there might have been 2 tablespoons of tuna salad on the sandwich. I feel silly complaining, but it was a bit ridiculous- our entire bill was ~$28.00. I had a bowl of soup, he had a bowl of soup and a sandwich and we both had drinks. Also, my husband had lemonade and after one glass, he was unable to get a refill because, “the dispenser was being cleaned”. As I said, I feel a little silly complaining, but it was disappointing - not sure I will get my husband to return:/
U guys are horrible and I told everyone I know. Small portions salad has nothing on it . Very small for 11$ sandwich it’s really sad . Bad bad bad bad u guys suck at your job big time. Spreading the word about u and soon u will lose business
AGE 88, BECAME ILL THIS WEEK. MY SON IN FLORIDA HAD CHICKEN SOUP DELIVERED TO MY HOME IN SOUTH WINDSOR CT. PLUS MAC AND CHEESE AND 2 GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES. I TRIED A SMALL BOWL OF THE SOUP, BUT IT IS SO SALTY TO BE INEDIBLE. 2 HOURS LATER I CAN STILL TASTE THE SALT. WE NEED!!! HARDLY ANY SALT. WE CAN ADD OUR OWN. YOUR HAS 1400 MG. THAT IS HUGE AND UNNECESARY. I'D BUY MORE OF ANYTHING WITH LOW SALT. THANKYOU.
