Not sure why I'm writing this complaint as I've done this before in the past and you people do nothing but...here it goes...again! My son and I wen the evening of 01/09/2020 through the drive thru. It was approximated 8:40PM. There were 5 cars ahead of us. The line did not move! Not one car moved until...8:58 exactly! I was talking to the guy at the order intercom as he kept calling out to them with no response. The other 4 cars kept moving forward and the guy in front of me, myself, and 4 other cars behind me were left waiting. So basically your store burned the time till close to closing and right before closing time of 9:00 they filled the orders of the cars that placed their orders before 8:35 and screwed the rest of us. The guy in front of me said he was going to window to directly complain to them but I was too angry to deal with that! I wasted 20 min for nothing. No one had the decency to come out and say anything to us...no one came to the intercom and said sorry that they would not take anymore orders...NOTHING!!!! I used to go to the other location on Forest Ln but stopped going because of the terrible service and constantly getting my order wrong only to get a manager tell me why didn't I check my order before driving off. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION? I'm frankly done!!! Love your product but hate dealing with poor service, poor customer service, wrong orders and when I've complained to the store manager or to you...corporate office...nothing is done....not even an apology!!!! Look...like I said...love ya'lls product but it's not so good I'm willing to put up with the poor treatment and from the silence I've received in the past corporate office not giving a damn!!!! At this point I'm pretty much done with your organization! My next move is to now write my review of the location I'm complaining about and the other Forest Ln location on Yelp! I feel I need to inform others of your lack of care. This is not the Popeyes of 25 years ago. Eventually if this is happening to me its happening to others as well and it will catch up with you. I will inform everyone I know of ya'lls poor customer service/customer appreciation performance and advise them to not purchase your product...no matter how good you think you are! You want to shock me...email me! You don't want to surprise me...do what ya'll have done in the past...NOTHING!

THE POPEYES LOCATED IN SYLACAUGA, AL IS VERY FILTHY!! THERE IS TRASH ALL AROUND THE BUILDING AND THE BACK DOOR IS ALWAYS HANGING OPEN REVEALING GREASY WALLS AND DIRTY MOPS AND BUCKETS. I RECENTLY WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH TO ORDER A MEAL AND I SAW THAT THERE WAS A NEW "CANE SUGAR" LEMONADE AVAILABLE EITHER FROZEN OR ON ICE. I DROVE OFF WITH MY ITEMS AND TRIED THE LEMONADE AND IT TASTED SPOILED. I TRIED IT AGAIN AND HAD TO SPIT IT OUT IT TASTED SO BAD. I RETURNED TO THE STORE AND REPORTED THE ISSUE. THE MANAGER ON DUTY TRIED IT AND IMMEDIATELY SPIT IT OUT AND ADVISED THE CASHIER TO EMPTY THE WHOLE CONTAINER AS IT WAS SOUR!! WEHN THE CASHIER BEGAN TO EMPTY THE CONTENTS THE SMELL OF THE SPOILED COOLER FILLED THE ENTIRE LOBBY!! PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THEY DID NOT KNOW THAT MACHINE WAS INOPERABLE AND THE CONTENTS WAS SPOILED!!??
THEY THEN BEGAN TO BREAK DOWN THE MACHINE AND PROCEEDED TO CLEAN IT WITH CLOROX.
I WAS REFUNDED MY MONEY AND APOLOGIZED BUT THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. THE PLACE NEEDS TO BE VISITED BY CORPORATE. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE ABOUT THE CLEANLINESS AND OUTWARD APPEARANCE OF THIS FACILITY. WE HAVE TAKEN PICTURES OF THE BUILDING AS PROOF OF THE NASTY CONDITIONS. PLEASE TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
