DELAYED/LOST BAGGAGE
City where company is located (optional): TORONTO AND DELHI

1. I had travelled by Air Canada Flight AC 42 (Departure YYZ Toronto) on 09 Feb. My PNR No was M4G4XV and my e-ticket No was 0143431522186.
2. On reaching Delhi it was informed to all the passengers that the baggage had been off-loaded at Toronto itself, prior to takeoff, due to some technical reasons.
3. On landing at Delhi (destination), I was told to contact the Air Canada counter and fill in the Property Irregularity Report (PIR). As such I have not received my baggage as yet.
3. A copy of the PIR which I had filled was handed over to me. PIR number and signatures of the Air Canada representative were not affixed on the PIR. I have a this copy with me and my luggage is still missing.

Website & in flight entertainment

I can no longer get onto the air Canada website to check in. I have checked TL.1, TL,2. TL.3 and still not able. I have Windows 7.
Also, on recent flights, one from Orlando and one from St. Lucia I could not get into the entertainment system, even asked flight attendant and they could not figure it out. I was given a card, AAGOEDIPBQ. Thank you.

prepaid bistro fare not received

Booking QLEUZM The prepaid bistro fare for my return flight from LAX to YUL on January 7, 2020 was not received, I had to pay $10.50. This should be refunded to me.

Good airline but touch screen wasn’t working properly and headphones were playing up. Flew from Frankfurt and back from Toronto and flying time was less than stated on both flights. Both were on schedule.
