placed an order on the 17th. shipped on the 19th. Belk sends an email confirmation a few hours after the purchase.going through the standard shipping procedure. Fed Ex makes updates every day in various areas. Arriving on the 23rd; currently in Kansas. Everything is going OK so far; we’ll see. I’ve been looking at this product on a few different websites, but Belk had it on clearance for much less money.So far, no issues.

I was Christmas shopping at Belks in Pensacola Fl on Thursday November 8th 2022 at approximately 5:pm.
There were only two cashiers available. I walked up to the first one and she said I’m helping the lady over there. The lady was 35 feet or more from counter, and there was no visible merchandise in sight. Obviously she was still shopping. I found the second cashier and there was a line of about 5 customers. She suddenly took off running to I didn’t know where. There was another lady (employee) standing at the register with her, but she apologized and said she don’t cashier. I put my merchandise back and headed out the store. I saw the cashier who had run away, coming back in from outside the store. It’s Christmas time and the customer service was poor.
