Just now, I placed an order with Chewy. The litter I ordered had leaked out all over the box when my item came. I emailed Chewy to ask for a refund or replacement. They replaced the merchandise right away after responding promptly. Even though cleaning up the mess was annoying, I was pleased with the prompt response and first-rate customer service.
