I took my son for his birthday and it was is first trip there. We went November 6 and 7. He was so excited didnt really sleep the night before. We got there first thing in the morning went to customer service to ask questions since i was handicap like how to get on rides and other questions. It was understandable that not all rides where open when we got there but there was a few. But all he wanted to do was go on a roller coaster, but we wanted to start off small. 1st was not opened then got a time to go back then went back was not working so gave us another time to come back. Finally opened get there and stand in line, just get up there and the ride closes. And he was upset but we said we will come back. I only wish that happened on one ride but no it seemed like almost all the rides. All he wanted was a picture with Mickey Mouse since he has loved him seems like forever. And we got none. I spent so much money for me son to be disappointed. For 2 days I tired and tired to get him have fun but how can you when you stand in line and get up there and they tell you ride closed down and have to leave. Am sorry but Disneyland was not worth money. It was just so heart breaking for my son disappointment.
